Upgrade to a series of Huawei Ascend P1 is a new announced less than two weeks ago, but the production process seems to have started walking today and be ready for circulation by the end of July 2012.
This device is basically the same device with P1 Ascend series, but it gets upgraded with a capacity of 2600 mAh battery, the selling price is estimated to reach 3000 yuan ($470).
Completeness includes Android 4.0 ICS (may be upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean), 1HD 4.3-inch display panel, processor TI OMAP dual-core 1.5 GHz, 1GB RAM, HDR 8MP camera on the back, and a 1.3MP camera on the the front. Unfortunately Huawei just released a special series for the China market.
Currently Huawei also was having problems producing quad-core processor of their own which resulted in delays Ascend D Quad circulation until August or September this year.
