Recently it was rumored that the notebook vendors have delayed or reduced volume shipments of their products in line with Apple’s decision to delay the possibility of bulk shipments of 13-inch MacBook Pro with the Retina Display.
The news was immediately disputed by the upstream supplier Apple, saying that the status of their inventory is still very stable.
Apple itself has reportedly asked the partners to begin their upstream supply of components needed in the MacBook Pro 13-inch version in the 3rd quarter of this year, and the schedule was not changed until today.
For about the scheduled launch, sources told DigiTimes that the MacBook Pro is likely to be ready for launch before the month of October in order to catch up in adjusting to the new school year schedule.
