HTC has just answered the challenge Nokia in the realm of Windows Phone by providing free voice guided navigation through application of their Locations. This is clearly the position of both companies are equal to about offline navigation features in Windows Phone platform.
Locations in the application even though HTC was not originally designed to compete directly with the application Drive from Nokia, but applications from HTC has now will allow you to download maps that you can use when offline as well as help navigate the journey that you take.
