If you want the application icons are stored neatly in a specific folder, then you must set the folder where you can store all the applications you have downloaded. In BlackBerry 6 and BlackBerry Smartphones 7 it can be done in a way very easily. So, if you want to put the icons in the download folder, in a new folder or in homescreens, please do the following:
1. From the homescreen press the menu key and scroll down until you find ‘Options’
2. Scroll down and select ‘Download Folder’
3. There you will find a number of options to put the location of the download, select your preference.
4. Save changes.

Easy, is not it? Now you do not need to move the icons to the download folder once finished downloading the application. All applications are download, icons will be stored in a folder that you selected earlier. May be useful
