Launch of iOS 5 with two iPad3 Models | iPad 3.1 & iPad 3.2

As we all know that numbers of ios devices are running in the market but now Apple is going to launch ios5 inside which you will find the two models of iPad3; iPad 3.1 & iPad 3.2.
The most interesting feature of this device is that the iPad 3.1 is the Wi-Fi version and iPad3.2 is the 3G version. Apple has announced this year as “year of the iPad2” and going to launch the current iPad2 with three similar codenames: iPad 2.1, iPad 2.2 and iPad 2.3. Now, the iPad 2 3G comes in two flavors, GSM and CDMA which means the users will enjoy the world mode GSM+CDMA chips in the next-gen iPad (3G version) and iPhone.
Beside this, iPhone 4s/5 has also two codenames, iPhone 4.1 and iPhone 4.2. Thus, these things arises question; if Apple will use dual GSM/CDMA inside ios 5 then why the two models of iPhone 4s/5 is mentioned inside ios so deeply?
