For those of you who just use a BlackBerry (BB), may have felt surprised or confused when I discovered that there was a message or email in your inbox boxes suddenly disappeared. Emails disappear one by one like delete it manually. In fact, do not feel to delete it and accidentally saved for something that is needed. Why does it happen?
The most likely cause of the BB internal memory which shrank or shrunk under 10MB, causing the BB device to automatically delete emails or SMS is available to increase the amount of internal memory.
